Welcome! I’m Kayla, your guide dedicated to enhancing the relationship between you and your body, mind, and spirit. With 3 years of online and 1:1 yoga instruction, 13 years of personal experience and 7 years as a massage therapist under my belt, not only have I undergone my own transformations using these tools but I’ve helped others do the same. I create a safe and nurturing environment to help you feel great in your body, not later–right now.

In class we’ll emphasize posture alignment, relaxation, and naviagating the range of human emotion. This approach is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to slow down, enjoy life + its entire process and feel amazing! It’s not always butterflies and rainbows… but if you look at right–it totally is.

Plantspiration Yoga is for EVERY body. We strive to meet you where you are and cater each class to your needs, inviting you to go beyond your comfort zone. It’s your practice, your body, and your life, so you get to choose your own adventure. I’m here to answer any questions and offer additional support to help you feel more confident in taking advantage of this important pillar of Plantspiration.
