Weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Stefanie are one of the biggest tools you could utilize. Stefanie’s own personal journey to wellness brings a unique and empathetic approach to your coaching sessions. She will cover all topics from what you eat, how to shop, menu and meal plan, and guide you through learning new tools for lifestyle changes
Stefanie has completed the American College of Lifestyle Medicine For Coaches Program and is eager to educate, equip and empower you with lifestyle tools to prevent, treat and, often, even reverse chronic and select autoimmune disease. Addressing the root causes of disease with evidence-based therapies in lifestyle behaviors such as diet, exercise, sleep, social connectivity and stress.
Stefanie completed the Plant Based Nutrition Program though T. Colin Campbell Center For Nutrition Studies in 2017 and has been teaching people how to transition and transform their life, preventing and reverse disease since 2013.

Stefanie is a Licensed Food For Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine and was awarded a SUMMIT AWARD for teaching the most students in 2021.
