What Is the Pay It Forward Grant?
The Pay It Forward Grant provides sponsored access to Plantspiration® for individuals and families who are ready to transform their health but face financial barriers.
Funded entirely by generous donors, this grant covers membership in our lifestyle medicine community — including live coaching, weekly classes, grocery education, support groups, and more.
Health transformation should not be a privilege. It should be possible for everyone.
Who This Grant Is For
We welcome applications from individuals who are motivated to change and need support to do so.

Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, or other chronic conditions that could benefit from lifestyle medicine.

Those facing financial barriers that make membership inaccessible — income limitations, job transitions, or other hardship.

Grant recipients are expected to show up, participate, and engage with the program. This is a gift — and a responsibility.

Applications are reviewed personally by Stefanie. Every application matters. We do our best to respond to all applicants and work to find a path forward for everyone who reaches out.

Grant Expectations
Grant recipients are expected to:
- Show up consistently to classes and coaching
- Participate actively in the community
- Complete a brief check-in with Stefanie during the grant period
- Share feedback to help us improve and grow
Grant duration and renewal are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on availability and donor funding.
